Peanut Butter Granola

Peanut Butter Granola. Need we say more?

When I discovered the peanut butter granola at Trader Joes I was hooked.  The problem is, we don't have TJ's here in Canada.  Immediately I began experimenting with different recipes to come up with this sugar free blend. 

My favorite way to enjoy granola is with a bowl of vanilla, coconut yogurt, topped with fresh raspberries and blueberries.  I can and I will eat this anytime of the day!
