Best use: Use as part of your morning routine to reduce puffiness or at night to relax facial muscles.  On clean skin glide the Gua Sha along the face with gentle, medium pressure from the inside moving out.  Use all sides of the Gua Sha to fit into areas of your face - along the jawline, cheekbones, temples, forehead, eye sockets and down the back of your neck.  

Enhance your experience:  Before you begin, we suggest using a couple of drops of our Verano Facial Serum to help glide the Gua Sha along your skin.  Store your Gua Sha in the fridge for a refreshing, cooling experience.

Please note that your skin may be a little rosey after using the Gua Sha.  This is due to increased blood circulation and it is completely normal.
