Smokey Tempeh Protein Bowl
This is probably one of my favorite dinner recipes. It's so easy to make and bursting with flavor! The smokey tempeh seems to melt in your mouth. If you're not into the spicy mayo drizzle, I highly recommend adding a peanut sauce dressing instead.
Tempeh like tofu us made from soybeans. Nutrient dense, protein rich and loaded with vitamins and minerals. Because tempeh is fermented, it's easier to digest and provides a happy gut.
