I love this new trend of the "girl dinner". Nothing screams summertime dinners more than building your own charcuterie board and if you know us we've made it vegan! I like rustic, seeded crackers. Dark Chocolate and Cherry Smoothie

This is one of my favorite smoothies when I feel like a treat.  I've always loved the combination of fruit and chocolate and this smoothie allows me that guilty free feeling. I'm thinking of adding a tablespoon of peanut butter next time, what do you think? This also happens to be one of my kids favorite smoothie recipes.  While they think they're just getting a chocolate smoothie, I love that I can hide a handful of spinach in their with zero complaints. Smokey Tempeh Protein Bowl

This is probably one of my favorite dinner recipes. It's so easy to make and bursting with flavor!  The smokey tempeh seems to melt in your mouth. If you're not into the spicy mayo drizzle, I highly recommend adding a peanut sauce dressing instead. Tempeh like tofu us made from soybeans. Nutrient dense, protein rich and loaded with vitamins and minerals. Because tempeh is fermented, it's easier to digest and provides a happy gut.  Claudine xx

The Freshest Mango Salsa
