Absolutely! We only use natural, botanical, sustainable & organic ingredients.  Free from toxins, fillers and synthetics.
To keep our products fresh, please do not introduce water into our jars & bottles. This will cause them to spoil & grow bacteria.

Yes! All of our products are handmade in micro batches to ensure freshness. This means that every part of the process to get our skincare to our customers has been meticulously performed by us. We have taken the time to carefully formulate recipes to nourish the skin & to reduce environmental harm. We mix, blend, pour & label everything ourselves. A lot of detail, love & attention goes into every product. Due to the nature of working with natural ingredients, you might find slight variations in the colour, scent & size, but we do our best!

One of the big differences when using our hand soap is the viscosity. You will notice that our soap is thinner than big commercial brands. This is because they add synthetic thickeners. Once you start using natural soap you will forget all about the viscosity & more about how soft your skin feels

Aside from buying online & through our lovely stockists, we like to attend local pop-ups & markets. These give us the opportunity to get out & interact with our community.

Yes! Currently you can find our original collection for refill at The Nook Refillery in Squamish, BC and our current collection at Stone Fox Hair & The Den Modern Apothecary in Vancouver, BC. In the meantime, please reuse or recycle our glass bottles & jars.

All orders are mailed via Canada Post, USPS or private courier. Once shipped you will receive a tracking number. Shipping times vary between 3-12 business days depending on your location.

Orders are shipped from our Vancouver, Canada studio twice a week.

If your order has been damaged while in transit, please contact us within 48hours with an accompanying photo.
Due to COVID-19 shipping delays are expected.  

 For health & safety reasons we are unable to accept exchanges or returns.
